Landsby Wines is the passion project of a husband and wife team dedicated to producing premium, handcrafted wines from the heart of Paso Robles. Inspired by the Danish word for “village,” Landsby embodies the spirit of community, craftsmanship, sustainability, and humility in understanding that sometimes “it takes a village.” Our wine is built on a shared love for the land and a deep respect for the art of winemaking.
Vineyards
We source our grapes from the western hills of Paso Robles, where the unique terroir and coastal influences create the perfect environment for exceptional viticulture. All of our grapes are dry-farmed and certified organic, ensuring that our wines are not only of the highest quality but also crafted with environmental integrity. By working closely with local growers, we ensure that each bottle of Landsby Wine reflects the richness and character of this incredible region.

Our Wines
We source from organically farmed vineyards and produce wines where sustainability is in the fore front of our mission. Each vintage is intended to reflect the unique character of the sites, soils and seasons.
